Default Front spoiler question

1254 1968-1972 Front Spoiler. Super-1 Piece $127.88
41058 1968-1972 Front Spoiler. Super-1 Piece E-Zee Fit $146.28
What are you using, some mentioned buying a mtg. kit. I have found stock spoilers for my 71, but no mtg kits are listed. Has anyone used either of the above from wilcox? They don't show pictures on there site. Thanks for your help. Ron B.

Called wilcox and answered my own question. Here is a link to the 1254 spoiler. it is similar to the indy type, but the corners are more rounded. I think it mught even look better on a 68-72 vette. Just thought I'd let everyone Know. http://www.corvetteamerica.com/cf/di...ategoryid=X550

I have been looking around for a long time for a rear spoiler and front spoiler. I found a old Corvette Central catalog. It had 3 different types of rear, 2 front spoiler. Catalog being 6,7 years old. I called Corvette Central for a new catalog. Phone #800.345.4122 I called to confirm that they were still available, and they are. I can't make up my mine watch rear spoiler to get they look great. I'm going with the 3 piece Indy Urethane front spoiler.

Get the AIM. Stock spoilers bolt up without an installation kit.

Mike I think you are right. I will check my assembly manual. I ordered a stock 68-72 spoiler from wilcox and my car doesn't have the four additional holes to mount it. The fit is poor at the outer ends pass side is the worst. Exactly how many bolts hold on the stock spoiler. Thanks Ron B.

Don't know about exactly, but I think there are six. Two each on each side (left and right) and one each in each outer corner. Stock mounting holes should be visible in the chin. Plastic spioler fits behind the chin and bolts up.
