I bought the 342 series. They weigh too much and DO NOT clear stock calipers, regardless of backspace. It's a shame too, the price is right.
Turtlevette runs the soft 8s, but he has the smaller Willwood calipers.
I run them. You need AT LEAST 1/4" spacers to get them to clear the calipers. I've got 3/8" in the front and 1/4" in the back and they run great. The main downside is indeed the weight. Bastids weigh a ton! I wonder if I were to inflate the tires with helium that it would help lower the unsprung weight...

Sorry about that Kalway and Resto,
I bolted the wheels on the back to test fit them with the stock calipers and they did not interfere. I don't know what the difference is.

Odd. When I had mine first bolted on they were ON the calipers. They wouldn't even move at all. Now I wonder if you had bigger rotors that they would clear them.
Could be a year difference, too. What year is yours turtle?
