Default Need a Picture (dash harness)

Hi,
I need a picture of how the dash harness mounts to the firewall. The best possible picture would be one with the dash pad removed but the harness still in place. I have a 78, but any C3 might give me the clues I need. Mine were all rusted and I've replace some metal in the birdcage. I might have not been able to tell the difference between a factory hole and a rust hole.

Thanks!

Thanks, but that picture is a bit confusing and it doesn't show where the harness is attached via clips to the firewall. The AIM seems to show one near the drivers left knee and another one above. I replaced the metal above and there is no hole there now.

Check the AIM. The dash harness clips only to the dash pad as it snakes around the speedo and tach. The fuse box screws through the floor and into a tapping plate. Engine and foward lamp harnesses then clip together and plug into the engine side of the dash harness.
