I bought a set of air horns and was wondering if I can just plug it into the existing horn wires with an in line fuse? Also. What's the best way to get to the horn itself without removing the front end?
yea, ok. Air horns are operated by air, that has to be furnished from a blower/compressor unit of some sort which may overload existing horn circuit.
Why would you want air horns?

THESE are air horns. You'd have to find somewhere to put the tank/compressor, probably in the back. Would really turn some heads hooked to the alarm circuits tho
I just picked up some extra-loud standard type horns at the parts store. My Delco originals weren't working.
The air horns should have an instruction sheet indicating how they plug in. Without knowing the brand and the details of the units, it's hard to say for sure.
Thanks for all the input. This air horn kit comes with a mini compressor. It is all self-contained. I am not sure if it will overload my circuit. The instructions say it is safe for a plug in type connection.

why?[/QUOTE]
I had a set installed on a Triumph TR4 back in the late 60's. I had them set up with an auxiliary switch so I could still use the standard horns. I only used the air horns if I was really pizzed at some a-hole on the road. Scared the sh*t out of them, they would be looking all around for an 18 wheeler.
