I just want to let people know the details of the relationship between Corvette Engineering and Matt.

Matt is a supplier, one of many. I buy parts from him.
Matt is not an employee.

Matt also has some expertise in areas that I do not. For this reason he has the ability to post under the Corvette Engineering name about stereos and Hydroboost.

Matt does not support any other products.

Please support Matt and don't give him too hard of a time.
At least he tries.

Wish I had some spare money to get him to help me out on a stereo....but trying to get the hydrobooster and jeep box up and running (and a Lars dizzy rebuild and hew Magnaflow exhaust.)

Keith - haven't forgot you about the hydrobooster email. I do have a few comments based on my install. Albeit - I dont have the system up and pressurized yet. Cheers

I was just wondering what makes him qualified for the hydraboost? He doesn't know how it works. And he got all the info for the lines from previous members.

a hydraboost is nothing, a hydrobooster is a hydraulic brake assist booster.

So since he can post under Corvette Engineering, technically that makes him a supporting vendor.(?) Look above at the post by yellow where Matt is giving advice to replace a hydroboost.....if that is the kind of expertise that you are referring to, then I just scratched you of of my vendor list.

Nothing against Matt personally, as you said, he tries.

Does anyone know how one of those things works, outside of the manufacturer? They've been on the market for ages, surely someone has figured out what's going on in there.

Sorry to hear that. I am one of the smallest vendors out there and am trying hard to provide a service to the Corvette world.I have very little resources and it's hard to develop new products. I saw Matt as a resource that coud help Corvette Engineering bring some new desireable products out.

Matt is not a supporting vendor. Matt is a consultant to Corvette Engineering on stereo and Hydroboost installs. He has worked hard to find good soutions and I respect that. I doubt Matt will be posting under Corvette Engineering much, just when needed.

I am aware of the origional thread yellow is refering to.
the OP didn't seem to have an issue with his advice.

I guess I don't see why you consider it bad advice. He is basically saying it coud be a bad booster, it coud be.
Far be it for me to say it can't be.

Why bother with a man of questionable knowledge, who flaunts unsavory women when you can just ask the real wizard, Twin Turbo? Durango cannot wipe the Turbo Man's a$$. Besides, Turbo has good taste in women and doesn't post up the pics of sagging hags.
Hydroboost is wonderful for a C3.
