Default Pressure Testing A/C Condenser

1970 Conv. with SB & 4-SP

I am replacing the Radiator, Support, etc. and want to pressure test the A/C Condenser which is now out of the car. I am looking for a way to seal up one opening and either pull a vacuum or pressure test through the other opening. However, theA/C O-Ring types of Male and Female connectors make it difficult to find the mate such that I can used my A/C hose connection.

I have tried the normal hardware stores, and even Grainger could not offer a recommended solution.

Suggestions are welcome.

Jack H.

That's funny what if it only leaks at 250psi or more???

If your using R134a a new condenser designed for R134a will make your ac work better

some Radiator shops can pressure test condensers out of the car..... I'd break out the Yellow pages & ask around

Maybe a shop that services vehicle A/Cs could pressure test it for you.
