Default 68 Wiper Arms
Can anyone post pics of original 68 wiper arms? I'm not sure mine are original. Someone told me they were supposed to be silver (stainless???), Anyway, mine are black, or at least painted black. Any help is appreciated as always.

Mine are flat black. If I can get over to my shop, I'll try to get a pic.

The book "Corvette Restoration Guide 1968-1982" says "Wiper arms and blade holders are dull black in color and each holder says 'TRICO' on one of its ends."

63-67 were stainless. 68 on were black because of Federal Laws -
I guess to avoid sun reflecting. I recently got a new blades for my
'70 at Advance Auto - about $5 each.
