New OSHA powder rules! :(
If you guys haven't heard yet, OSHA is planning some rules changes that affect explosives. This includes blackpowder, and I'm sure eventually smokeless powders too! We only have until July 12th to comment or object, and then it's a done deal! OSHA is not required to run this past our representatives, or get approval from voters.
