Hammerhead pics from today.

again in the 80's.(somehow lost the BB and 4spd,hood and interior.)By the the time I got the car it was pretty much junk.(From a restore point of view)The car had mixmatch parts from different years on it.The car did have good body lines and was a convertable.(The prefect project car!)The amount of hours that I have in the car are unknown.I have went through every inch of the car,and done all of the work myself.(some of it twice!)I have had a speedshop and a marina, but this car was truly built at home with basic home tools, welders, ect.I did the C-4 suspension, motor, one piece front ect,,all at home and with out a second set of hands.
Why??Well it has been my sanity, and my place to unwind for the last 6 years or so.I was driving the car daily for about 3 years, and made improvements as the problems plagued me.I think with a little determination and a love for the breed and hobby, anyone could do this. This is my interpretation of what I like in a vette.I like seeing others ideas too!
Thanks for your input on this project guy's. It has been a drive for me to push on.(The good and the bad!)
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
It's smooth aluminum!Diamond plate has no place on a vette.(A Truck maybe)It has been swirl polished.(Like a machine finish on a TA dash.)It matches the vent covers.Last edited by SHOWME; Jul 16, 2007 at 06:16 PM.
