A couple weeks ago someone was asking about paint the front bumper on their early C3. The below website:

is a spot I found last year. Don't know anything about their product or service, but they sound interesting. If I ever figure out my Corvette's color I'll buy a can of their paint to paint my moonroof t-tops.
