[PICS] Some progress update on frame-off resto
After 3 weeks of working in my friends paint shop, the vette is finally back (in black) to my shop, and the reassembly has commenced.
This is how it's sitting at the moment.
Doors are painted as well, but not installed. The hoods (orig/L88), t-tops, and gas cap will be sometime next week, once my friend catches up on work and I can get back in his shop.
The carbs back from Holley, replated.
While I'm waiting on the brown package santa to arrive i'm going to restore the original valve covers

Thanks, actually I changed my mind recently, I have new chrome Hookers with STS baffles sitting in boxes, but I decided I'm going with the original side exhaust and side covers, just breaking engine in with these old Hookers with no baffles.
