My 81 Project that I started in 01 has been on hold for about 2 years, I moved to South Florida and finally got a garage! The engine to the point where it is about ready to start. I need a custom billet reservoir with 2 returns lines instead of 1 to run my hydroboost. Also need a baffle in it. Any suggestions? I had some notes on it but lost them along the way. Thanks!

Just use a brass hose barb "t" fitting for the return lines. Two lines into one, that one line runs into the reservoir. The fitting costs about $5 at ACE, Home Depot or Lowes.

I was told with the march pump, I would have foaming problems with a small reservoir and the optimal way was seperate feeds? I dont think my current one I have has a baffle.

Hmm...I really don't know what to say about that. Sounds odd to me.

PSC Motorsports has exactly what you want. Little expensive at $153 but perfect.

This particular reservoir is designed specifically for steering systems that also have hydroboost brakes.

Having the proper reservoir is the key to keeping your steering system running strong. PSC's reservoirs are designed to smooth the flow of fluid and prevent aeration.

6" Tall
3.5" Diameter
#6 jic fitting in
#10 jic fitting out
hydroboost return port

Billet mounting clamp included The SR series reservoirs all have a servicealble filter inside. The top of the reservoir is removable to give access to the filter. Fluid returns throught the bottom and flows up through the filter before returning to the pump through a #10 fitting on the side. The in or return port on the reservoir is a #6 jic fitting for standard steering systems and a #8 jic fitting on full hydraulic systems
