First time at the track

Went out lastnight to Norwalk drastrip and took 3 passes, and had 2 of my friends run, too (in an F-150 and a Taurus!!!) It was a local test and tune night, and it was one of the most fun things I've ever done

I was right lane. Not too shabby for a stock corvette first time out.

pretty fair reaction time.....they do that here at the Indy track on tuesday nights. Sounds like you had a great time.

You should try this again after you complete your near term mods.

I would love to do that in my area (SW Wisconsin). How much does this cost? Do you recommend some sort of safety check list?

Yes, I'm planning on going again after the motor buildup, and see how big of an improvement it really is.

Reason i ask is that I am considering the same mods to my car that you are planning. I wasn't going to do this until the winter.
