Huh looks like federal emissions equipment is removed. If the car did not come with dual exhaust YOU CAN NOT SWITCH TO DUAL EVEN IF YOU USE TWO CATS. tsk tsk tsk. Also what about the carb and intake? As a dealer they are responsible for selling a car that will pass emissions testing regardless of whether the buyer's area actually tests or not. In fact unless the federal law has changed they are responsible for two years after the sale if something was missing.

That is about what I thought... I bought mine for $4k and have almost 10X that in it and have still not done paint or interior.
You have to want to build these cars....not see them as an investment. THat is why my car is not CRS friendly...I wanted to drive not show.
