The window on the passager’s side does not go up anymore. When I press the window switch to bring the window up I do not hear or see any change. However, when I press the switch to lower the window (which happens to be the position the window is currently in) I hear a click from the lift motor.
Could this be the window switch or electric window relay?
Most likely the regulator spring. it helps raise the window. so if going down is no problem and you hear the motor when you press up its most likely the spring.See the black coil looking thing in the picturebelow? Skin is off for display....skin does not come off for repair. Easiest way to check is by removing the door panel. Remove the access door at the bottom and look for the spring. when it breaks it drops down to the bottom of the door. Its replaceable...its cheap. doing it is another storey. If thats the problem order a spring and post back when you are ready to attempt it.

From your description of whats happening I would say the switch is bad or the brown wire is broken in between the door and the body.(The wire is in a rubber tube in the jamb.)
Do one more thing-press the switch and watch your amp meter. If it doesnt move then the motor is not receiving power and is what I am refering to.
If the meter moves then its probably what jdp6000 was talking about or its just stuck due to regulator frame flex as dobroman2001 was referring to.
