Default Corvette Engineering, Great Customer Service!

I bought a driveshaft loop sometime ago and planned to install it when I removed the transmission. Well today was the day for the new converter to be installed and perfect timing to install the loop. We tried everything to make the loop fit but it was just not going to fit in the tunnel. I called Keith at Corvette Engineering and explained what we went through and without question he gave me a refund with no questions asked. My hats off to a vendor who listens to his customers and wants to rectify any problems that may occur. Keith is a pleasure to deal with and I encourage anyone needing any of the products he sells to buy with confidence. Thanks again Keith.....

Thanks!
I hate to see something not work, or for someone to be unhappy with my work.

Has anyone else had issues with the driveshaft loops?

I applaud both of you for doing the right thing on this problem. The customer had a problem and the vendor was on top of it. I know how frustrating it is to have stuff like this happen but as long as everyone makes an honest effort to do the right thing, it always works out.
I'd find out why it didn't work, fix the problem, learn from it, and make it right the next time.....gp

U, well Oh dang. I guess that means it fails the first copyright test, is it an obvious copy!

I though I had changed it enough, sigh, it sucks not being an artist...

Also wanna reccomend Corvette Engineering if you want quality cusomer service, bought 2sets of the Wilwood brake conversion kits, it was a close call to have them on a boatfreight with some other items, but CE made it happen.
