If you were able to get the arms out and shipped I'd replace the bushings for you...(no labor, you supply parts)..... it's really no biggie once the arms are removed from the car.... unfortunately shipping is likely more expensive than the labor cost to do this part of the job locally....

Absolutely correct, you cant put a price on pain, or the the lack of in my case.

Getting the arms out is the problem.
Once the arms are out I would have no problem.... it's the wrestling around with the removal and installation that would probably put me flat on my back for a few days.
If one has experienced lower back pain that will literally take your breath away and drop you to your knees it will likely make sense to spend the $$$
