Preventive Maintenance -Suggestions!
When I first got my '75 over 10 years ago I found a great pair of
mechanics (they tourned the St Louis plant) that could quickly fix
a problem. One of the things they mentioned is to keep all bolts
tight - PM - because of vibration. Yesterday I did my PM with a
flashlight and found a exhaust header bolt that could be tightened
by hand - OK, fixed that. What are others things to check for
on a regular basis? What have you found that was loose?

The nut behind the wheel is the most common cause of maintenance problems.
There are no nuts, bolts or screws on a Corvette (or any other regular production Chevrolet) that loosen themselves on a regular basis- unless there is a underlying fault that shakes them loose.

Over time vibration will loosen some screws.
The interior screws are prone to this. Grab a philips screwdriver and tighten every screw you can see and find. You'll be amazed at how many will be loose. I haven't found any bolts loose yet and hope not to.
