Dumb question???
I have every part to rebuild a 77, including the car, and a chassis a huge part for the bird cage. A 80 rear bumper, very straight, Monza head light kit, motor rebuild kit, all suspintion(sp) bushings and bolts, new shock mounts, new U-Joints, Stainless steel headers, and exaust. MSD 6-AL ign (new in the box) Every thing on this car works.
All it needs is put together, and it will be new again. If I was to ask $7500 in the paper thank I might get it?
It still starts and runs. And you would need two trailers to get all the parts. What does C-3 think?
I think you should finish it and drive the heck out of it. Then, when you have wiped the smile off of your face...try to sell it and see how far you get.
Put together in "driver" condition, it's worth $7,500. I wouldn't think you would get that for all the parts together. Now, advertising all the parts separately (especially if a lot are new in box) might bring you the $7,500, though in a more labor intensive way.
My advice would be to list it two ways: with and without the parts. Some potential buyers might want the car and the parts you have collected. Others might want the car, but not the parts.
