Default cooling ?????s

right now i have a summit electric fan on my car. i run when idling just under 220 on the temp gauge. when i'm moving or on the highway temp seems to come down a bit. dont know what thermostat i have in there or even if there is one in there. should i be concerned with these temps?? was thinking about dual electric because my current fan only covers part of the rad. not all of it and i have no shrouding whatsoever

shrouding , shrouding, shrouding, you need shrouding. you need to force as much air as you can INTO the radiator -- not around it or above it. you will see your temp drop considerably.

Default Cooling MUST

Also...air dams!!! If you don't have them, get them. You MUST make sure you have the rubber or foam seals around the radiator. They go along the sides and across the top of the radiator between the top of the radiator and the hood when it is closed. Because of the angle of the radiator, the air runs up and over instead of through the radiator. The dams trap the air and force it through the radiator. You will see a BIG difference. Much cheeper than a double fan also!!!
