Default Horn by Bubba

This is the horn install in a vette I am looking at. He proudly told me had souped up the horn. Primo.

not the worst idea, seeing as tho the stock horn does sound pretty wimpy, but im not a fan of the rope idea

Home made bracket, rope, zip ties, and an alligator clip. Amazing how some people operate.

First of all, I am glad that you were lucky enough to meet Bubba. Most of us have seen his work, but never had a chance to meet him.

I always wondered what Bubba did for a living. Now I am convinced that he was a bagpiper.

I'd make sure I looked REAL CLOSE for any other "soup ups" he might have done to the car.

Good Luck!

I figure the horn can be fixed with a screwdriver and a pocket knife.

The owner installed the seat covers and rear speakers, badly (just hanging in the back by the wires).

The rest of the car looks ok.

Dude just up the road from me with one in a slammed C10 let loose with his just as I was crossing an old track late at night not long ago, and I just about soiled myself.

Bubba, it seems, is often proud enough of his work to share it with perspective new owners. We should be greatfull for this.

That is one car I would definately steer clear of!!! If the horns are any indication of his work, than what are some of his other fixes, such as the wiring behind the dash, the motor, the suspension, etc.....

Doesn't look like this owner has done that many mods. I am afraid to look behind the instrument cluster.

No tune. I am surprised he didn't figure out a way to mount them to the roof.

Damn, that's sort of what I wanted to do. Can you post some pics from different angles please? Also, what size tie wraps, how long is the rope etc...

Thanks
