I have a brand new set of shorties in a box- the ebay seller swore they would fit a sb vette. They didn't. Probably should go to eckler's, summit, etc. At least you know what UR getting, and you can return them.
While they might fit the motor/engine compartment, your exhaust system won't without some modifications. Better off buying from a Corvette vendor (better chances of getting the alt. and a/c brackets right too) /:\
judging by the picture I would say no. I used flowtech longtubes on my 81. ceramic coated I think they were just a little over $300
How low do your flowtech headers hang down? And do they have lot of room for the sparkplug wires?
I am looking for a set of good ceramic headers for a friend of mine (with out spending alot) He has some headers on his 79 now, but they hang down to far and one pipe is to close to the plug wire. So any help would be appreciated

I had no road clearance problems with them at all, and the plug wires had plenty of clearance. here is a pic I found. I have since sold that car. man I miss that stroker motor

I did too .... Mine rusted extensively in two years time , car driven only about 6 or 7 times . They bubbled underneath the coating , evedently coated over a rusty part . I wont buy them again !

I had my flowtechs on for over a year before I sold the car and they still looked like the day I put them on. mine did not rust, I believe flowtechs are made by holley
I'm not telling you not to buy , I'm only sharing my one and only experience and the reasons I'll not do business with Flowtech again . I'll shop around and try someone else and if they fail to suit me , then I'll chalk them up as a bad experience too .
The way parts are manufactured today , I believe we are all in store for many dissappointments !
I say dont buy them. While it is true they may fit ANY short block chevy....what you dont know is if it will work in your engine compartment. A chevy 350 may be somewhat generic in the connection for the exhaust manifold, and bolt arrangement. However the placement of the engine, and routing of the exhaust/headers may be unique from car to car.
So while they may fit the head design...they may not fit within the engine bay.
