After removing and replacing my radiator, shroud and radiator bracket that holds the radiator in place (had the peacock welded back on after trying to change the fluid and twisted off of radiator), the front lights are not popping up. I'm not sure if I damaged something in the process. The lights go down, but there is not enough vacuum to bring them up.. They were working o.k (they never work great) before the radiator work. Any thoughts?

Chanc pinch off the large green hose going to the one of the actuators (L or R) and see if the opposite one comes up-then reverse and go to other side.If pinching the green makes the opposite come up then the one you pinched has a bad witches hat seal.
If you would like you can also try pinching off the yellow going over to the wiper door just in case it is leaking.
Bob use this corrected diagram that old one is wrong at the headlight switch.
You probably pinched the vacuum hose which runs down the inside driver side of the engine compartment. There is a gap in the rad support that gives the vac hoses enough room to operate properly. If the shroud was moved during the rad work, the hose may have been pinched.
