Now all the fun of cleaning and making it nice and clean. Pics are a good size for me. Keep em coming. I am getting excited about my install this fall.

Ya, I'll probably spend an hour a night disassembling the bottom end and getting the block ready to take to be cleaned. The top end will be all upgraded, but I'll shelve the heads and intake once they are thoroughly cleaned, they've already cleaned up nicely with some degreaser. As you can see, this car had a massive oil leak through the manifold when I got it.
Nothing too crazy. I'll strip the block and get it cleaned and pressure tested, then I'll just replace the topend. It was an L-82, so I already got the forged flat tops and crank.
I was planning on goign with the Dart Iron Eagle 64cc's, keeping the Q-jet, headers and upgrading the ignition. I'm still out on an intake, was thinking the Airgap, but that might be too much. I just need to get something with a spread bore. I got alot to look into for the cam, was thinking the XR280HR-11. You don't think thats too much duration for a roller cam in this car do you? Its a more than the L-82 cam, but I'm wondering if its too much cam being a roller.
