The cost to make this conversion is more expensive than to rebuild what you have.
The benifits are reducing numerous vacuum leaks. And about 25 ft of vacuum hose. Plus a cleaner look under the hood. I have built this system in my 73 and they work great. I have the stock system in my 77 and they work great. They both accomplish the same thing, open the headlamp door. Just at a diffrent at a diffrent rate of speed.
