I have a 79, L82 four speed all original with glass tops, that I purchased when I was 20 years old. Still have it, still love it. Over the years I've managed to rub all of the flat black off of the rear window trim. My Question to the group is: Do I just buy new or is there a "non Bubba" solution?

I just did mine....I wasnt sure what color to use i used a gloss black.. ANd figured it would dull down a little after a while... Well either way i think it came out ok.
I cleaned everything real well.. used a green pad and then a few light coats of dupicolor interior paint.... cost 20.00.. I didntr do the dash.. you really cant tell.. Im getting a dask cover anyway.
I dont think it came out too bad.... What do ya think.
