I've seen much worse (or better?). 60's van chopped off, wooden house built on back, including a 3 foot covered front porch (on the back). The porch was just about dragging on the ground from the overhang and weight. Had to be jacked up when parked. This was in the late 70's. It was driven across country, by my aunt and her family.
I was actually pretty cool inside, but very dangerous looking to drive.
