Here we go again.....do a search

For what it's worth, I love mine and have never had any problems with it. And yes my car sits in a shop protected from the climate

"No press is bad press..."

FYI...Because this un-dying thread keeps re-appearing, I have decided to order one of these tops!

I'll try to post an objective, non-emotional review once I get it and over the subsequent months.

well I rather consider my review objective and unemotional. Mine didnt last 15 years..it lasted about 5. but i was able to get it to seal...for at least most of that period.

Hell my t-tops dont seal worth a spit right now

That response Seems reasonable and I would agree that some people do not like them...thats fine

BUT I have had a 2 piece pair on my 79 for since 1989 ... and the only thing was I did not like how the rear of each panel attached to the car ..Then one year Thompson was at Carlisle and I noticed the attachment method was slightly different...???? Asked about it and they just handed me the new attachment piece... NO CHARGE...

I admit I do not drive the car much, and rarely does it see rain...BUT after 15+ years I am still happy with the tops...

...didn't use mine for a boat anchor, but it is at the bottom of a river(unless it got washed out to Lake Erie by now)...

...was the most Mickey Mouse engineered piece of junk I've ever seen for a Corvette. I've seen better engineered FisherPrice toys...
