I would like to work on my 'vette today, but it's back at my parents house and I'm here in my dorm room with nothing to do. I saw a '78 corvette for sale, I think I may go look at it just for something to do.
ANYTHING i could do to the vette, but its 70 miles away, im going to home labor day weekend, so ill b terrorizing the streets of Joplin for the weekend, unless it rains
Panic - This morning I worked on my Vette, took it for a spirited drive, fixed Sarah's car, went grocery shopping, and am hunkering down to watch a movie with Sarah.
Later I'll do some Sunday chores, go for another drive, and meet some friends for a few drinks over dinner.
I plan on a lot more driving for the rest of the warm days this year before she gets put away.
Sitting around doing some planning for a trip to Basel, Switzerland in a couple weeks (going over on the 13th). Will be spending 11 days in the area and am trying to have a bit of a plan.....
Most of the websites are in German, and do not translate, so it's a bit of a chore......
Well Imjust got my car back on Friday after a month in the shop so driving is the order of the day. I went out before lunch and met up with some buddies for coffee and b.s. Now me and Vettegirl and the dog are going for a cruise till supper when a friend is coming over for friendship and beer. It's a great day!
i have my wife and kids coming back from Italy this evening, i've been going home (to italy) and returning back (to spain) nearly every weekend for the last 2 summer months...
I took the Vette out early this morning for a quick 10 mile drive with the radio off and listened to the side pipes roar a little , and then it was off to work.
I washed both trucks and started pressure washing the deck, the rains stopped that.
Usually don't work on the vettes on sunday, its mostly a "during the week" thing.
My son and I spent some time this afternoon working on ideas for the LS1 fuel pump and filters placement. I've also been painting the vacuum tank over the weekend so I can put it back on the body. It's been nasty hot and humid up in Mass. this weekend but this car will never get finished if I don't do something on it every weekend.
