need help installing a new radio.
ive picked up a kenwood Excelon and need a bit of advice on installing it.
i just spent the last 45 mins out side with various air and hand tools, and im not makeing much of a dent in the gauge cluster.
whats the best way to cut through this thing? its some very thick metal im going through here.

I used an angle grinder. It's tough, and slow going. Don't take out too much, as you can always file away material until the cage fits better.
The slim cutting discs work bets, and just support it so you can put some good pressure on it.
