Does anyone happen to know a place that will offer some sort of agreed upon value insurance on a 75 vette for a 20 year old driver??

Good luck.. you may have to wait another year. Some want a driver with atleast 10 years driving experience.

That's who I go with. They will have someone come out and do an estimate on the car. The guy who came out was very knowledgeable and I was amazed at what he valued it at. Great company to do business with!
