Front bumper shim measurements?

Can someone measure a front bumper shim that would fit a 78? I need to make some. I changed the frame and either didn't have front shims or I misplaced them. I need hole locations, and general size dimensions, thichness is not necessary.

There should be three shims 1/8th thick. They go behind the impact bar. The center one is triangular shaped. The other two go on the outer bumper supports between the impact bar

It's the triangular one I cannot find. Maybe someone can scan it to a file and post or send it to me?
