Naked Glass.
I am getting ready to have my car painted, and I was just wondering how well the fiberglass holds up under the sun after the paint has been stripped as I don't have a garage where I can store it. and I cant strip it and drop it off to be painted on the same day. I have tried searching and haven't found much. I am however going to go for the razor blade approach in case you were wondering

Direct sun won't hurt it so long as it has time to settle to room temp before any prep or paint is applied.
If you're still worried though just throw some blankets over the car after it's stripped.
