I am installing a new radio. When I removed the old one it had power. Now when trying to install the new one the yellow wire has no power. I am thinking I blew a fuse, but cannot find one. Any thoughts?

The yellow wire from the dash is an IGN source, meaning the key must be turned to the ignition position.
Did you remove an after market head unit or the stock radio? Most after market head units use yellow as the constant 12V and red as the IGN, where in a C3 the yellow is IGN.
If your yellow doesn't have power then you may have a blown IGN fuse and you need to check that out.
it was an after market head unit, but it used the original black, yellow, and gray (not in use) wires. I had the ignition on when testing, still no power. Where is the IGN fuse located?

If the car runs it may not be the IGN fuse now after I think about it.
I would however, trace that wire back a bit and test it closer to the fuse panel.
Also, there is an accessory location, ACC, in that fuse panel that you can run a wire for the same functions as an IGN lead would do.
alright, last stupid question...where is that fuse panel? I have looked everywhere!! We not everywhere I guess since I cannot find it. It is a 76 by the way.
Under the dash, on the drivers side fire wall, near the door. the fuse is called TCS SOL RDO, a 10A fuse. You will need to run a jumper from the BATT terminal in your fuse box, there is a male spade lug in a small box with "BATT" printed under it in the fuse panel,, crimp a female lug to a 14 OR BETTER gauge wire and plug it in and run it to the stereo to the constant power in. The yellow wire should be used for the ACC input to the radio, the black wire is used for ground. The grey is for lights if your stereo requires it, if not, tape it up and leave it off.
