Found these while browsing the web for a used Dewitts aluminum BB radiator. I didn't think anyone offered these specifically for the vette.
Check'em out. (last product at the very bottom of the page) http://www.hotrodsusa.com/store/newstuff.html
Hard to tell exactly from the small picture but I don't see how you could mount the brake caliper bracket on that arm. The bracket uses the large upper bolt for one of its mounting points and it doesn't look like there is a hole for the large bolt. Maybe you would have to use aftermarket brakes.
The rack and pinion conversion looks interesting. I'm going to take a better look at that.

From: Graceland in a Not Correctly Restored Stingray
Believe this one's probably aimed at slammers instead of high perf guys, since you'd still have stock Z height geometry after lowering by this method, and since it doesn't appear any attempt was made to address any other geometry issues. Of course, I'm making an assumption here, but a company usually shouts it out to the world when such improvements and/or modifications are made...
But, thanks for the info. It's always nice to see most any new offering for the C2/C3, whatever it is.
I've used dropped spindles on 4 of the lowered trucks I built in the past and it doesn't affect the alignment because all your doing is moving the wheel up and the camber isn't affected like cutting coils.
If the brake calipers will still fit then it's the way to go on lowering your car
