Remote control stereo anyone?
I am considering installing a better stereo but don't want to disturb the stock unit. Stock '76 unit is mono FM/AM, analog signal with fader and balance controls. I have new dash speakers and 6X9's in the rear. I was hoping to find something that could be hidden somewhere with a hand-held remote. The remote would have to include a readout so I can see what station I'm on. Any help out there?

Don't know about the remote with a display. A friend installed his stereo in the bucket behind the seat and ran a small fibre optic line to a point just under the E brake handle. He points the remote at that and magic happens. Since it's hidden it didn't affect his Collector status.
