Just looked up the TYC code. It was used twice, once in '75 and again in '78.
In '75 it was for a 350ci/145hp 2-v carb in a C-10 and 1500 truck.
In '78 it was for a 350ci/165hp 4-v carb in a C-20 to 3500 truck.
