This is one of the few parts that nobody makes a stock style replacement for. The companies that sell A/C add on kits have made parts for this but I believe they only come as part of their kit at like $1,000+.
I've seen many for my '75 on ebay. It make take a few weeks but they consistently seem to be coming up. If you don't find one in the near future send me a PM and I can give the name of the seller I bought mine from. I've seem him list several over the last 2 months.
You may also want to check with one of the guys who buys wrecks and strips them.

I've been looking for that peace to replace mine which is missing few parts. I rarely find it on ebay, and if I do, it will be very costly!
BTW, you need a 68-72 one, the 73 and up would be ionstalled but its not correct since it has the wrong appearance.
