Default Now I hate Vansteel

Last year I bought some nice new offset trailing arms from Vansteel, composite spring and new shocks. In the last week, I've taken the rear suspension apart to get ready for the new stuff. Since I have the rear wheel bearings off, I thought I'd send them to Vansteel to be rebuilt.

I surfed over to their site to order some parts and see what I need to do to get my bearings rebuilt, and I see that the "Product of the month" is a rear coilover. And it's only 1300. It's tempting, very tempting. Those bastards.

Has anyone sprung for this set up? I wonder how much I could get for my composite spring, shocks and trailing arms.

Ya, can't tell you how much those guys have taken me for over the years. They're sneaky like that. It's even worse when you catch them at shows because they give you a discount so you spend 5x's as much to make up for the money you saved.

I'm interested in a rear spring & shocks. We really should meet sometime.

That should be easy enough. I drive through Shoreline every week day on my way to work.
