Default Big Block Weight?

I am looking for the total shipping weight of a big block crate engine. I think the 548 is sold!!! It is complete W/ Iron heads. Anybody shipped or recieved on of these lately?

Factory original weight was 680 lbs. This included cast iron manifolds, AIR system and all. I expect the one you have probably weighs significantly less.

Just to compare mine was 525 with the pallet. That was complete including the carb but missing the oil pan and with no accessories. It has aluminum intake and heads.
