you have removed the rivets.
on mine the parking brake had worn a lip on the inside of rotor. and the shoes were catching on that lip. my adjuster was rusted and would not budge. so i had to drill a hole through the adjuster and collapse it with a punch. which allowed the shoes to come together and off came the rotor.

If the rivets are gone and the parking brake is backed off, then a little oil on the rotor where it fits over the hub and it should come off, Pete.
