you have removed the rivets.
on mine the parking brake had worn a lip on the inside of rotor. and the shoes were catching on that lip. my adjuster was rusted and would not budge. so i had to drill a hole through the adjuster and collapse it with a punch. which allowed the shoes to come together and off came the rotor.

True , I was assuming on a 75 the rivets were long gone , but they could still be on if the roters were never off before.
