Default Newbie here.

I wanted to introduce myself to this forum. Although I dont own a corvete, YET, I have found one I am interested in purchasing. The vette I am looking is a 76 C3 (obviously) from the local boneyard. It has a complete accident free body including front clip, and a frame. The floor pans will most likely need to be replaced, and not to sure on the frame.

But what attracts me to this vette is the price. 300 bucks. No engine or tranny so it wont be a resto.

But my question is the following. The owner of the yard turned in the title to the state to be cancelled. Does anyone know if I can get ANY kind of title, so I can get this on the road and the track. This is the only question that is holding me up, and the DMV is closed until monday.

Hopefully I can get this on the road and be a proud corvette owner

I depends on what state you live in. You should fill out your profile, then somebody from your state will give you some suggestions.

Good luck

You might be able to get a salvage title. Get the vin info from the car.
