Default Need two parts ID

Trying to figure out what this is. I looked in the AIM and didn't come across it, and I searched the C3 engine pictures and didn't see a clear picture. Any help would be appreciated. The car is a '76.

This has three vacuum hoses coming out, one is cut off at the firewall. Another was just hanging there, and a third looks like it goes to part of the vent system. Any idea where the other two go? I didn't see this in any of the catalogs, do they sell a replacement, or just make my own?

Thanks

I think in the 2nd pic one of the lines goes to the heater shut of valve. The other is probably the vac to the AC controls.Cant seem to come up with the third.

Thanks for all your help, the best picture I could find in the archives shows this. #1 in the picture goes through the firewall.

Thanks again.

the vacume lines come from the heat and A/C controls in the center console. im in the middle of my vintage air install. also for the vacume stuff you can find it in the AIM manual starting on page 136 with a really good diagram on page 141.
