Soooo you have a '76 steering wheel along with a chrome outside mirror like a '76 that I saw in your first pic. Super early '77? The last five numbers in your vin can tell you. 00001 would be the first one built for example....

The car was built in April of 77,the car does not have tilt wheel so thats why it has this style steering wheel.(I'm 6,3 225# wish it had tilt)
