some interior questions

The rear quarter interior piece has some bubbles, what is the repair procedure for this or should I just replace it?

Should I throw away the jute insulation and replace with reflectix/dynamat or do you put back this factory jute after reflectix/dynamat?
The bubbles are common after so many years. Hard to fix properly, but possible, and keep in mind that after market replacement panels hardly ever seem to fit or look as good as the originals.
The factory jute is a heat barrier. Dynamat and the like are sound deadening materials. For the best overall coverage, remove the jute, install a layer of Dynamat or sound deadener, then install new jute over that.
