Default body damage

have a bit of a problem with my 75. While driving down I75 @ about 80 mph, the tread came off the left rear tire causing the rubber to get into the wheel well. This, of course, tore the damn thing apart. Now I have to fix or replace, what would on any other car, be the left rear quarter panel. Not so easy on the C3. Anyone out there know what I need to do?
Does the whole back end need to be replaced? Do I cut off the damaged portion and replace it? If so, where do I get that piece? Does it have to be remolded? I'm at a loss here.

Fiberglas is easier than metal. Parts are available from all of the major vendors.

Default body damage

Hey guys. Posted this originally a few days ago but did not have pics to go with it. I have taken the pics, but apparently cannot post them here. I have included the links (below) to the pics that are on photobucket. I know this is a pain, but I'm not sure how else to do it.
Anybody have any suggestions? Where do I go from here?
Does the whole back end have to be replaced? If not, ????
Any ideas on price? There is no interior work that needs to be done. It is just body work that I am concerned with.
Thanx in advance for your help.

After figuring out the links: http://i205.photobucket.com/albums/b...t-1/vette1.jpg

It doesn't look too bad to me. If it didn't crack up into the door jamb, I would just replace that lower quarter from the bonding strip down. You can get the replacement panel from any of the vendors and cut it down to fit the section you need. It's really not that hard. Fiberglass is easier to repair than metal. Good Luck

It also looks like the rear splash shield was taken out too. Not as bad as it looks to repair
