All 1968-1969 Corvettes with the F41 suspension or a big block engine had a rear stabilizer bar and 7 leaf rear spring...The bar was 9/16" diameter...
Note: All 1968-1969 F41 equiped vettes had a 15/16" diameter front sway bar....All small blocks not equiped with F41 utilized a 3/4" diameter front bar....measure yours carefully to determine your original suspension....
A very good guide is Richard Prince's "Corvette Restoration Guide" for 1968-1982 vettes....
Hope this helps...

L just put a new 7 leaf spring in my 68 big block. I got it from Paragon. It is very similar to the original. Big blocks take a 7 leaf, small blocks a 9 leaf. It will ride a little harder with the 7 leaf in a small block.
