I'm missing two hoses that connect to the wiper pump in the upper center of the firewall. There's three nipples and the middle one has the hose but the two outside ones are missing and I just capped them for now.
Can someone tell or show me what hose connects to these two spots and where they go? Do they connect to each other directly? THX
That makes sense. Maybe that's why they were left open. During my engine swap I found a little hose maybe 4 inches long and thought it came from this. Now I think it must be from somewhere else.
The other 2 go to the head light squirters, if they are still there.
WRONG!!!! 69 pump has 3 ports, 1 in 2 out. the 2 out Y into one to feed the other solenoid pump, and that has 2 ports out, 1 for the headlamps and the other for the wiper arms.

I also have 5 ports. 1 from resivor, 2 out to wiper arms, 2 out to headlight squirters. It sounds like you are using the 3 port pump. Doc rebuild has hose kits for those and has a note for 69's with 3 port pumps and 5 port pumps, so both must have been used in 69

The 69 setup was unique, it utilised a seperate pump from the main pump to supply the headlights and the arms. If your car has the 5 port it is incorrect for a 69,the 5 port you have was most likely used to replace the hard to find and expensive to replace 69 system. End of story!!!!
Photo credit would be given to who sent this to me, but at the moment escapes me. This is what a 69 pump should look like.
Thanks for the pic. I dont think I have that "Y" hose setup but the small hose I found seems to match that.
I'll go take a closer look tonight and see if I have that silver box that connects to the white looking thing. Otherwise I might have the other option you mentioned.
If it means anything to you surfer, I have several wiper pump setups off 69's, and lots of parts. Also, they reproduce that whole assembly, check ebay, Camaros with the headlight squirt option in 69 used it also: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1969-...QQcmdZViewItem
