Someone wants to get rich quick.

For that kinda of money, I would buy 4 of them.

Good luck to him.

The car looks pretty good and the mileage is low, but for that price?
Looks like he's got a serious "Christmas Wish" problem.
Maybe $20k.

He's from Mass What do you expect? Low mileage but you should be able to buy a matching pair for that price

73 has a rear chrome bumper. 72 was last year for chrome in front and back.

Default Nothing Special

That's a unreal price. It was the first year for the front rubber bumper. Other than that there is nothing special. They produced about 25K and all were low HP. Think about 250HP for the 350 and the 454 only had a few more, like 20 - 30.

I remember just before i bought mine(back in 89), there was a real nice '73 painted ontario orange, that had sidepipe and a Lt1 engine an Lt1 hood and some wheel flare. It needed some TLC but other than that every thing was ok. The guy who had it died and his parent were selling it. Someone probably told them that corvette was a real valuable car because they were asking $ 22000.oo for it. I had my eye on that car for a few years and when i've heard that it was for sale, i was probably the first one to go to buy it but at that price it stayed on there front lawn a very long time. So long that the side pipe rusted out. I turn myself and bouth my '78. Finaly a guy came an bought it for less i was ready to pay at the first place and he beated the hell out of it. What could have been a dream car for a kid that had always dream of that car probably end up in a junk yard somewere. The appetite for $ destroy the car that there son had always took car of.

I think I'm going to make an offer to him, my garage broom and shop vac. He could at least sweep the floor and vacuum the damn thing out before pics are taken. I just got mine on the floor after 364 days on jack stands, and no pics will appear until it's cleaned.

That's just wrong. I bet that 26000 miles acutally has an invisible "1" in front of it, too.
