Not to steal your thread, but a friend is about to de-wide body an early BB convertible. What is the best place to sell the wide body parts? This car was built in the mid to late 70s, he wants to sell the chassis at the NCRS show coming up soon.
Check the post on digital corvettes right now in the C3 section from Turbo84, he is looking to convert to a widebody. Sounds like a car swap might be easiest for everybody.
Also post in racing sections. Is it a racing widebody or street, there are alot of differences but can be coverted. Also what type, Greenwood, Ecklers, etc.
Post pics if you can.

I will try to get some photos, but it will be hard. It is a street widebody, probably Ecklers. I will try to get more details.

It is an Ecklers street version. It is currently on a BB bumper convertible (not sure what year-probably 71-72). He didn't sound interested in a car swap. He is going to take it off next week, and said he would shoot some photos before he did. If you want contact info on him, PM me and I will send you info. The rest of the car will be for sale at the NCRS meet in Florida in a few weeks.
I regret I will not be much help for an Ecklers street body. I would advertise on the the vette forums and ebay and contact the person on digital, he may want it.
